Just curious… Did any of you geniuses who are trashing the candidate for his headline comment calling Obie out actually READ THE REST OF THE ARTICLE???

As usual the oh-so-sensetive moderates and liberals lack the fortitude to read and comment on the body of the man’s thoughts.

Look at it this way… he wanted to get attention so he used the ONE remark and you clowns did his work for him!

Those in the tea party are just a bunch of modern day KKK racist, un-christian thugs. I recall a while back one of them was overheard saying candidate Obama was a “light skinned” African-American with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one” and that should help him politically —oh, no! It turns out it was Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid who actually dropped that little gem of political correctness. Can you believe it? And then, Ted Kennedy threw Bill Clinton out of his office when ol’ Bill was courting Ted’s support for Hilliary and said that a few years ago Obama would have been serving the two of them coffee instead of running for President. Of course, it’s hard to get any better than KKK Byrd when it comes to a long and illustrious career laced with frequent examples of racial hatred. Author of the longest filibuster ever recorded in Senate history – against the 1964 Civil Rights Act, yet. Before you Dems start spewing your usual characterizations of the Tea Party and other Conservatives, you might should bone up on your history. Otherwise, you just might say something stupid.

I came over to see how the other side lives, and I see it’s still a stinking rat-hole. It’s amazing that you repubs shoot yourself in the foot with so much enthusiasm. The buckwheat comment goes right along with all your other gems, like the watermelon on the whitehouse lawn postcard. Your party has fractured after losing 2 important elections, and now in your desperate attempt to regroup you’re bringing out the crazies. Teabaggers are dropping like rocks in a pond in the polls. Sarah, although I give her props for being cute and for giving old repubs fits, is also dropping in the general polls. There is no trending showing you’re moving past the “regional party” limitation. In fact, you’ve ousted moderates like Christ from your party. You’re hoping that Palin can bring in the female vote and bring back the evangelicals, who did not vote for McCain. But it’s not enough anymore. That was Rove’s strategy and it’s burned out. You need to be moderate and inclusive and you’re not. Repubs will pick up some seats, because Dems are incumbents, but not enough to dominate.

Unfortunately, the word buckwheat came out before Corey Potier he knew it. I am sure he refers to African Americans he disagrees with like this all of the time. Freudian slip. Some deep rooted identity problems seeping out. But it will make him very popular with racist and extreme right wing. You could not pay me to vote for this man, who does not know who he looks at in the mirrow every morning. He is very sad.
