Furthermore, so now Rubio is endorsed by a cross-dress wearing, anti-gun, pro-choice, pro-gay marriage former politician that went down in flames for the presidential nomination after being the presumed frontrunner for months and months. Maybe that’s Rubio’s future too!
I love Rudy Giuliani and I think it’s great that he is backing Rubio.

Governor Charlie Crist will withstand whatever endorsements Rubio can muster, just to prop up his lying ways. Hey Marco, did you pay for the endorsement with that RPOF AmEx card?
I liked Rudy’s governing style but don’t like his socially liberal policies. I am glad he is endorsing Rubio instead of Crist though because Crist isn’t fiscally conservative at all.

I’m a moderate Republican and if Rudy endorses Rubio then Marco has my vote.

I am sure Rudy is a great man,but as a pretend conservative he did not go well with the conservative voter in the 2008 bid for president.Too many liberal policies.Those seeks to to attract on pro-life Rudy will repell.Rudy did what he called a “big state,little state stradegy campaiegn” which meant if all the candidates were in one state he would be stumpimg in another state alone.His idea was go where you are the only voice heard.What this was really all about was,Rudy knew if he mingled with common people they would ask questions that he struggled to answer,He simply is not conservate,at least not southern conservative.The numbers simply were not there for his support,yet the media and gop were calling him a 1st tier candidate.It simply was not bought by the people.Rudy may get the media happy,but Rubio just quarranteed this election will produce for him alot of money and the resumme he ran for senate,but he still aint hearing the people.This proves he is just another republican politician in the same old crop that has the people riled up.He can’t fake it.The politicians still are not listening.I DON’T CARE WHAT RUBIO’S VALUES ARE,I AM SENDING THE NEXT SENATOR TO D.C.ON WHAT MY VALUES ARE.The good ole boy republican just sealed his defeat.He has not learned,the people ae getting the news from the record.
I’m sure that the RPOF credit card was not used to buy the endorsement. Jim Greer, Charlie’hand picked RPOF Chair (i wonder how many times that Greer picked up Charlie’s expenses on the AMEX) spent it all. I’m glad to see the edorsement.
I went to Rudy’s rally in Estro when he was in town.
I liked him and I also admired how he took hold on 9/11. I’m happy that Rudy is endorsing Marco.
Go Marco…Charlie lost IMHO when he stood in Ft. Myers with Obama sucking up to him. That did it for me!

We know about Rudy, remember that he has a vendetta and will attack Crist. This is what we want.
With the exception of Ron Paul, we can always dig up dirt on any candidate running for office…if we dig deep enough. Giuliani does not always connect well with everyone because that ‘big city’ demeaner comes through in his rhetoric. But let us remember how well he performed under pressure with the 9/11 tragedy in New York City. And let’s give him credit for his “hands on” approach in an emergency situation. Crist is the devil we do know…If I have to vote, I’ll give Rubio a chance. If he screws up,then time will tell.
For some reason I thought Shark Tank was going to have a theme of heated debate.But the more I see how the format is set it up to expose how really liberal republican candidates are and putting them out of the race.Pretty smart idea.
I agree Rudy is a moderate Republican, and I did not back him in the Presidental election. Rudy did show strength in th 9/11 attacks and was able to bring a city in crumbles together. As for Marco Rubio I have know him personally for a long time, and you can not have a more conservative candidate except for Pres. Reagan himself running for Senate. I welcome Rudy’s endorsement, because endorsement means contributions, which Marco needs to defeat Chuckles the Clown.

Rudy was not only strong after 9/11, he has been strongly conservative on every homeland security issue and every foreign policy issue, as well as on fiscal issues. Those are the basis for the tea party movement from what I have heard, so I don’t get too uncomfortable about someone disagreeing with me over social issues.
The big deal here is that if someone as moderate as Rudy thinks that Crist is too moderate, then Crist must really be a RINO. No question about it. So you have a clear choice.
I say go Rubio: a choice, not an echo…

Marco can stand on his own,he really does not need any endorsements.His meteoric rise from nowhere came before anybody endorsed him.Rudy was tough on homeland security he’s just a bit out there on social issues that are better left in the privacy of your own home.

I dont agree with Rudy on alot of things, but I am glad that he endorsed Marco. Just because Marco received Rudy’s endorsement does not mean that Marco agrees with everything that Rudy does. But Rudy is a hero. He stood firm after 9-11. He is a patriot.

How often does anyone get to see a true American hero….in action…without a moment to think about what he will do… how he will react? America saw that in Rudy Guiliani and it showed the strength and soul of a man.. and that is the kind of man that I would want to strongly endorse a candidate. I like his judgement.. I like the decisions he has made..without time to think about how it will affect him. An American Hero amongst us. If Rudy asks us to support Marco Rubio, that is enough for me. Hopefully, Marco will live up to the confidence placed in him by a great American.
Lightweight you need to get your thoughts organized before rambling and get familiar with spell check. I have no idea what you were trying to say. The rest of the Now non voters need to get a grip. You are not voting for Giuliani – Marco is the candidate–different people, folks. Marco – more conservative; Giuliani less conservative on social issues, but very conservative and strong on all others that count. Giuliani is not the candidate and has nothing to do with Marco’s positions. Every NY reveres Rudy Giuliani. He was a hero on 9/11 and during his entire Mayoral term. He turned the city into a viable, safe and fiscally outstanding town. Marco Rocks and having Rudy’s endorsement should be and honor. If you want to vote for a guy that didn’t care about your high real estate taxes (like Marco did) and just got you another 33% increase in home insurance (probably in exchange for insurance co. donations) and higher rates for registrations to dog licenses, then go for it. But if you want someone who fought for lower taxes and put himself on the line to help Floridians and will help stop the Obamatrain from rolling over us – there is only one choice – MARCO RUBIO!!!!
Politics does make strange bedfellows, doesn’t it? If America is to be restored by the people we are going to have to lose these old “has beens”. I would have preferred that Rubio decline endorsements from political figures that have been part of the old system in favor of true Constitutionalists. Rudy’s endorsement just muddys the water and raises doubts about who Rubio will be loyal to. Believe me when I tell you that the old-line GOP liberals masquerading as “patriots” and “conservatives” will undercut our movement just like George H. W. Bush did with the Reagan Revolution. RINOs like Rudy are part of the problem we need a divorce from. To keep our house clean we need to keep the door closed to the dust outside. To me, this endorsement is one more negative indication that nothing significant is really going to change. The Tea Party is not just anti-Obama but is anti-old school GOP leadership! Rubio would have shown us more by standing with our movement and its people. I hope we are not being led to the slaughter – keep your guards up!
Here’s the thing to remember about Rudy for those who do not think he is conservative enough. When he was mayor he succeeded in persuading an extremely liberal and hostile city council and bureaucracy to adapt conservative policies.
A RINO would have met in the middle and allowed his policies to have been watered down, Giuliani stood firm, which in a sea of liberals is a very courageous and uncomfortable place.
People…just because Rudy endorses Marco doesn’t mean that Marco is anything like Rudy it just means Rudy intends to put his help behind him which will bring in more votes for Marco and more money for Marco which is needed for him to defeat Crist and finally Meek. Marco, who I know personally, is a man that is one of the brightest, most conservative, and one who cares about the people politician. In a response to one of the comments above about Marco not being in touch with the people, you’re so wrong. He traveled the state of Florida meeting with the people when he was Speaker listening to what the common everyday person had to say at town hall meetings. I know for I attended quite a few of them so I could hear what the people were saying as well. I live in the Panhandle of Florida and Marco has my VOTE! Let’s Get Our Country Back by voting for conservative people who listen to the people.
Let’s see…Crist would have voted for the stimulus-porkulus bill if he had been in the Senate, along with Snowe,Collins of Maine and Spectre, a strong Rino, er,now democrat from PA.
So Crist fans just go ahead and vote Democrat in the General Election, you’ll be right at home.

We have two choices in this race and whether Rudy backs one or the other it boils down to which one do YOU trust from your own perspective. Because Rudy is a social liberal and weak on gun rughts,how does that demean Rubio? By what logic can one decide to vote for Crist because Rudy endorsed Rubio? Commonsense has it right, above.
I called Rubio’s HQ last week and asked why he seems so reluctant to back a Tenth Amendment memorial from Florida to DC. The answer was just more hemming and hawing. Sorry. Rubio puts me between a rock and a hard place when it comes to my vote.
@ Ed Perry, you need to go to one of Marco’s events and ask him about the Tenth Amendment. I and others have asked him if he supports the Tenth Amendment and he has said yes several times. Don’t listen to some BIMBO intern…
