Bondi Press Release
TAMPA, Fla. — Today, the Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund announced their endorsement of Pam Bondi for Attorney General in Florida. “Pam Bondi’s eighteen years of experience as a prosecutor make her an exceptionally qualified woman to defend the pro-woman, pro-life legal position,” said SBA Fund President Marjorie Dannenfelser in a written statement. “Not only is Pam Bondi an articulate and accomplished candidate, she understands how to win, and we look forward to celebrating her victory on November 5th.” The Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund has a national support group of over 280,000 Americans and is dedicated to supporting pro-life candidates. In this year’s election cycle, the SBA List has made Attorney General races a top priority. “I am extraordinarily pleased with this endorsement,” said candidate Pam Bondi. “We have been working very hard, and it is gratifying that groups like the Susan B. Anthony List recognize my commitment to defend our Constitutional rights and the values that undergird our freedom.” This endorsement is yet another victory after a series of announcements that suggest that Bondi is building a successful candidacy for Attorney General. Bondi has recently announced a strong state leadership team, a number of regional endorsements, and several strong victories in straw polls. After serving as a prosecutor for 18 years, Bondi recently resigned from the State Attorney’s office to run for Attorney General. She is a fourth-generation Floridian, a resident of Tampa, and is committed to being an advocate for the small businesses and working families of Florida.

It would be refreshing to hear Ms. Bondi’s opinion of state sovereignty and the tenth amendment. Mr. Kottkamp makes no secret of his support for the 10th.
The resurgence of liberty at the state level is not going to go away. The move to repeal the 17th amendment is gaining steam and states now realize the Founders wisdom of the state legislatures selecting Senators as a check and balance on the central government.
Please Ms. Bondi, a word on original intent federalism. If elected, you may have to defend our state in court. We would like to know where you stand.
