Eddie Adams Jr., a Republican candidate for U.S. Congress, is running in a gerrymandered district of Tampa Bay on Florida’s west coast.  Florida district 11 encompasses parts of Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Manatee counties and favors democrats roughly 2 to 1 over Republicans.
