Marco told the truth and he is correct! Crist and Meek are against the Az law and is for Amnesty. Marco is against amnesty and now supports the Az law. My vote is for Marco!

Rubio just lied.He wants the federal goverment to make the law because states don’t give US Citizenship,the fed will give amnesty.He said the States supports Az. 10th amendemnt and then says “I don’t believe States should be going out and passing laws.”He dodge 2 times the illegals in Florida.
He stated he felt the first law discrimated against people.This Rubio being “politically correct.” Discriminate means ‘discern’in other words judgement.P.C is all about changing the definitions of words that change behavior.If a cop (or anyone) makes a bad judgement,then to fix it you don’t make any judgement period.Rubio lies about his position.I wish the interviewer would ask Rubio about the history of his immigration and amnesty his in the Florida Senate?

Robert, there are many who worked on getting those bills filed who believe that the problems in getting them to committees came straight from Rubio’s office. The President of FLIMEN believes that Marco would be essentially the same as Mel Martinez on immigration.

Marco is trying to play both sides of the fence – he’s trying to pander to Hispanics while simultaneously appeasing his base. He is not going to be able to pull it off anymore than any other politician has been able to. The people are not going to be fooled if he decides to “compromise” and we end up with something like the amnesty where the illegals get to live and work here while applying for citizenship. There is too much anger over this issue.

Marco yells seal the border from Mexico…but then whispers to his constituents “but that doesn’t count for Cubans”. Marco is a hypocrite and cannot be trusted – ask anyone that worked or served with him in the Florida Legislature.

Marco Rubio has never blocked any illegal immigration laws. Certainly not as House Speaker. There were bills that never made it to the floor for a vote, but calling that a “block” is disingenuous.

Regarding the states rights issue, all Rubio is saying is that in the particular issue of securing the border, the federal government should be responsible for taking the appropriate actions, not states. He did NOT say that states CAN’T take action like Arizona did, but that it’s not his preferred method for dealing with this.

Marco’s actions speak louder than words. While speaker he blocked several bills dealing with illegal immigration. Obviously he’s had time to refine his message for his main audience. Initially his response was a little too lukewarm which usually means RINO.

I’m afraid that he can’t be trusted on this issue. In states where Latins have political power they generally circle the wagons and take care of their own regardless of circumstances. Just look at Miami where Hispanics are shamelessly pandered to by all walks of politicians then imagine that happening in an entire state… That is why the odds of TX, NM, or CA passing an AZ-type bill are next to nothing according to many experts familiar with those states.

I hope Marco proves me wrong if elected, but count me as one of the unconvinced…

It seems that Marco is the only candidate in this race that supports the Az bill and is against amnesty. Meek and Crist are against the Az bill and support Obama’s amnesty. My vote is for Rubio!

THE ADMINISTRATION WHATS TO DO THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT IS CORRECT. FIRST SECURE THE BOARDERS THAN WORK ON AMNESTY. THE ADMINISTRATION WANTS A LARGE VOTER BASE, NOT CARRING ABOUT THE ARIZONA CITIZEN OR FOR THAT MATTER THE CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY.
