The Robert Lowry for Congress Campaign has just issued a statement in response to the earlier Shark Tank post, Heritage Foundation President Takes Issue with Robert Lowry’s Claims. For those of you that do not know about the discourse that has been going on, this article stems back to the first District 20 Congressional debate between Karen Harrington, Robert Lowry and Donna Milo(VIDEOS:GOP Debate: Wasserman-Schultz, Taxes, and Herpes on the Menu). It is the policy of the Shark Tank to only post statements that are accurate and corroborated from the interested parties.
Here is the Lowry press release:
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
“On April 21st 2010, Robert Lowry attended a think tank symposium offered by the Atlas organization regarding “Beating back Socialism in the US and Abroad”. That one day event concluded with an awards dinner at which Robert Lowry was introduced to Dr. Edwin Feulner. Mr. Lowry
enjoyed an “off the cuff”, one-on-one conversation with Dr. Feulner regarding the future of the Republican Party, and Dr. Feulner’s personal perspective on Robert’s race. And, for the record, neither Dr. Feulner nor The Heritage Foundation endorses any candidate for public office.”At no time has the Lowry Campaign claimed, in writing or in speech, an endorsement by Dr. Ed Feulner or The Heritage Foundation. The attached photo was sent to the Lowry Campaign by those that sponsored and organized that inspiring event.”
XXX
The Lowry Campaign states that Robert Lowry was introduced to Heritage Foundation President Dr. Edwin Feulner at a dinner and had an “off the cuff”, “one-on-one conversation” with Dr. Feulner. A picture taken of Dr. Feulner and Robert Lowry is also included in the statement, presumably at the event.
This statement answers several questions that have hung over the campaign for the past 4 days. However, it still leaves some other questions unanswered.
Why did Mr. Lowry state the following ,” they suspect that 130 seats will actually pass into Republican hands”?
The Heritage Foundation sent this statement to the Shark Tank:
“Dr. Feulner has never forecast how many seats the GOP might win in the November elections. He believes that a substantial number of additional conservatives will be elected this fall.”
The Lowry campaign also stated that they did not claim an endorsement from Dr. Feulner or the Heritage Foundation. This is an accurate statement from the campaign. However, no one has accused the Lowry campaign of promoting an endorsement from either Dr. Feulner or the Heritage Foundation.
The Heritage Foundation made it a point to state that they did not endorse candidates, and I only speculate this because of candidates using the Heritage Foundation’s name, like other prominent politicos and organizations, to try to win favor with voters by name-dropping.
Here is the Heritage Foundation’s statement from the last article:
And, for the record, neither Dr. Feulner nor The Heritage Foundation endorses any candidate for public office.”
This is very interesting that you did not put the above article out as an e-blast, like you usually do.
Hmm!!!. But I guess when you eat crow, you don’t want your followers to know. Some people just don’t know how to drink humility and eat humble pie.
@Florine
don’t embarrass yourself, you are a very nice lady. Read the article again and compare with the video. You will see the discrepancies.
Btw, notice how the Shark Tank is fair to even offer the Lowry Campaign to post a response. Would a biased blogger do such a thing? Talk about eating crow. BTW, my email blast facilitator is down.
so, that means I can’t send anything out in bulk for the time being.
@Jake
Please go back and read the original post. Everything is accurate. The only thing posted is the Heritage Foundation’s remarks to the video-only the video! Fool. lol
So sorry you had to defend youself.
nope, just being honest with the situation.
BTW to all, upgrade as of Saturday night. So, I dont’ know how long it will be down. Probably just through Sunday.
What iz the problem with all of you lunatics? The video dont lie and Lowry seems to be trying to pull a fast one. Typical politician-he lost my vote.
For the record, the Lowry for Congress Campaign appreciates that Javier requested an official statement of response from our campaign to his previous article.
As CM for Mr. Lowry’s campaign, I can state our firm belief that the focus for all conservative and moderate constituents should be on voting out Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and voting in a candidate that best represents the consituents and can provide intelligent, viable solutions.
Regardless of which candidate you support, negative campaigning, “gotcha” journalism, and mudslinging is counterproductive to our shared goal of turning this country back to Constitutional, and truly representative governance. We look forward to seeing the Shark Tank set a higher standard for reporting in Florida.
Victory in 2010!

careful with your words Chris, we know how you guys can be “loose lipped.”
thank you and goodnight
@Silence Dogood
You are wrong in your assertions.
First of all, why dont you disclose who you really are? A hack for the Lowry camp-Mr. Chad Lincoln.
I.P. addresses give you away, you clown.
Notice the matching I.P. addresses. This is Chad Lincoln’s IP address, he of course is tied to the Robert Lowry for Congress campaign.
You have all been witness to his distorted personal attacks. He apparently does not have the ‘stones’ to put a name to his comments, instead he chooses to show is cowardes by posting under Silence Dogood.
Is this type of negative campaigning we are to expect from the Lowry Campaign? I would say so…stay tuned, the trainwreck is right around the corner.

@Chad Lincoln,
I am a personal friend of Bryan Rudnick’s. I LOL’ed when I saw your sorry attempt at maligning him. Check the press releases Chad. Bryan is no longer working with the Harrington campaign. As Javier observed; this is the kind of baseless attack we can expect coming out of the brainchild behind Camp Lowry.
Incidentally Chad, I called Bryan up for laughs and told him about this. He said he doesn’t mind you trashing him, but please spell his name correctly for search engine optimization. It’s Bryan with a “y”, not an “i”. You did spell Rudnick properly.
Javier,
You show your true colors when you censor. What, you couldn’t handle the truth about your dimwitted journalism? You’re no conservative pal, you’re a liberal spin doctor.
I’m pretty certain you won’t let this get posted so I’ll see you around bud.
Best of luck to ya, God speed.
The Fool
Jake aka “The Fool”
maybe im missing somethin here, but how does support of Rubio, Colonel West, and other conservative Republicans make the Shark Tank a “liberal spin doctor”? Come again?
Chad Lincoln has been working at being the mudslinging arm for the Lowry campaign for some time.
Robert Lowry talks out of both sides of his mouth – frankly, the fact that Lowry was a liberal in college sealed the deal for me – I want REAL Conservatives in office.
We need to look at who will be the best candidate to go up against Debbie Wasserman-Schultz – the moment Lowry pulled the trigger and shot at that target back in October, he became a liability for the GOP and the Tea Party. Karen Harrington is the obvious choice.
Javier is no “spin doctor” LOL – and the fact that anyone would question what side Javier comes down on simply shows that there are trolls running amok.
Why can’t the Lowry campaign admit they screwed up, pack their bags and go home? They now have a candidate that shot at a target of US Congresswoman and lies about having meetings with Heritage. Someone should start a petition on getting Lowry to drop so he doesn’t destroy any chance of CONSERVATIVES winning in 20.
FYI – I think we will see the same childish behavior as Lynch.
