And not only that, but this goes to the core of his judgment and having good judgment should be a prerequisite of being a judge. He showed very poor judgment making that statement in public and he shows worse judgment for believing what he said. What would have happened if Obama had said in the last presidential election that it would be immoral for a white person to run against him? I know exactly what would have happened. Everyone would have thought he had lost his mind and he would have lost the election. I think Carlos Rebollo is clearly in his own little world and that is not where we are going to find a fair and balanced judge.
