Cannot believe McCollum has this ghetto b*#ch working on his campaign. This campaign is doomed!

Looks like the ol’ baldy is gonna win.

  2. Bocababe says:

We have seen this group in action and they are just vile. That Ellen woman just argues with everyone and is a weed growing in our Republican landscape. Rick Scott is going to win this race, big!

  3. Jeff H. says:

I thought she was a dude?

  4. Soccer Mom says:

McCollum has those people helping him out?! Know wonder why Scott is ahead? Hahahahahahahahahahhaah!!!!!

  5. Will somebody get me the Lysol!!! says:

  6. TriPointedHat says:

Im happy Scott is winning I have a yard sign in front

  7. Lisa says:

Go Scott!! McCollum is a Crist guy!

  8. cindy says:

My how far we have fallen from the time when REC committee members were not supposed to express a preference before the primary. I guess that went out the window when narci-crist and Mel endorsed McCain the weekend before the 08 primary. Well, we see where that got us. Thanks Charlie & Mel.

I went to hear Rick Scott the other night. I had been considering him the best candidate because I am sick to death of career politicians. I was very positively impressed with him. The McCollum ads which try to cast aspersions on him because he is a “zillionaire”? McCollum-if you are such a great conservative, why are you using class warfare in your campaign which is a typical liberal stunt? Rick Scott had humble beginnings, coming from a blue collar family with 5 kids, with both parents working. The fact that he is very comfortable financially is due to hard work and successful business ventures. He is able to articulate well the principles which made him successful, and how they also apply to governing as well as in education. I look at where our country is today- at where our state is today after 8 good years of Jeb, and realize that in both cases, we the people elected someone to an executive position who had no experience as an executive. It doesn’t work, folks. It has always been important to have someone with executive skills in leadership positions, but it is even more important now. As far as the republican establishment and the divisiveness generated from this race– I parted ways with RPOF a long time ago. I will never again vote for a candidate just because there is an R after their name, because sometimes R stands for RINO, and they are the reason the GOP lost the majority. The only reason I am still a Republican is that Javier convinced me that good candidates like Marco Rubio needed my vote in primary races. He was right. And now Rick Scott needs my vote in a primary, and I will happily give it. I am not a party loyalist who will vote for whoever wins the republican primary. I am tired of being bossed around by party bosses. I do my own research, I pick my own candidates, and don’t give a rodent’s sphincter what the party says.
And I will not vote for Bill McCollum-as I was writing this I just heard another one of his lying commercials. HCA hospitals did not do thousands of abortions- and a supposedly smart lawyer like Bill McCollum knows that any private hospital which receives federal funding as medicare reimbursement could not REFUSE to do an abortion if a physician scheduled one-it is unfortunately a legal procedure thanks to our lousy courts. He says he is proud to approve that message- what kind of man is proud to use campaign contributions and public funds to pay for an ad that is a lie???? I have written his campaign and asked for numbers to back up their claim, and got no response. Question-while Bill McCollum was in Congress, did he sponsor a bill to overturn Roe v. Wade? If not, he has no ground to disparage his opponent.
Ok, thanks for letting me have this rant, I feel better now. Any of you who are confused by all the nasty McCollum commercials, read on Rick Scott’s website and take a look at the practical conservative solutions he has there. Go hear him speak. It is imperative in this economy that we elect candidates who have solid business experience, not career politicians. Career politicians have gotten us into this mess.

  9. cindy says:

Correction to my post above- Should read that any PUBLIC hospital which receives medicare reimbursement cannot refuse to do an abortion since it is a legal procedure-unfortunately. (Sometimes my fingers go faster than my brain.)

  10. Lisa in PA says:

Do you realize there are very specific rules on Facebook that allow you to be permanently disabled from its use or prosecuted for republishing information found there without express permission? Just thought you should know before I report your website. Have a nice day!

  12. Matt T. says:

McCollum spent all that $$$ to defame Rick Scott and he can barely register support from 1 out of 3 GOP voters.

Rick Scott is probably the best man 4 Gov., although not perfect, he has the right ideas and is not a career politician who has almost nil private sector experience like Mr. McCollum.

It is time to retire the GOP’s career politicians. Mr. McCollum has loads of public sector pensions to live off of, he won’t starve.

Besides, McCollum would go into the race nearly broke if he were the nominee, while Scott has the $$$ to finance a big GOP turnout and go after the Independent & right-of-center Democratic voters. That will help all GOP nominees, including Marco Rubio.

  13. honeygetoverit says:

@Cindy – thx for staying with the GOP, and ur right, Rick is the guy for the job as is Marco; @Matt T – Rick isn’t perfect, no candidate is, but he has a sound financial platform and the experience to ensure its success; @Lisa in PA – what??? lol..wow, uh, ur welcome to join the discussion, no need to be so weird about it! ;) GO RICK!!!

  14. Bob says:

Ahhhhhhh…..I see my friend the fat rat who needs to wear a hat is being showcased around the country. Listen fatty or nappy head, whatever you prefer-do yourself a favor and crawl back into your rat hole. Word of advise Conservative Dimwhit, instead of politics, you should working on getting in the gym and try to lose all of those fat cells you have bulging all over your nasty self. Also, wear a long sleeve shirt out in public, cuz your grandma arms are nasty.

  15. Charlie Crist says:

Hello everyone, I just wanted to stop by the sharktank and see how my good buddy howdie doodie McCollum was doing. Bill is a great guy, after all he and Jim did try to knock Rubio out of the Senate race for me-I owe them for the effort.

Bill, you should try making a couople of flip flops- you may get some traction.

  16. Nancy says:

I’m still for McCollum. Just because you like what Rick Scott says, doesn’t mean he will actually do those things. Remember Obama!! I think McCollum will do the
right things for this state. Sad but I think Rick Scott is trying to buy the election and will say all the things you want to hear to get elected. Just like Obama. His trouble with fraud at his hospitals also bothers me.

  17. Jim says:

I’m so glad I found this site! I had no idea that McCollum was a Crist guy and that all of Crist staffers are working for Bill? Scott in my guy now FOR SURE!

  18. paco says:

The career politicos are going thug all around florida. Down hear in Miami-Collier it’s David Rivera and his mignons.

They think they own the party and our votes. Rude awakening coming on 8/24.

  19. grassroots revere says:

I too was captivated with Rick Scott, until I attended a meeting where he was interviewed which changed my opinion. He had an elitist demeanor which I didn’t quite notice at first. I thought about his appearance for a couple days when reality set in and I began to see him different. He did not come in and mingle with the folks who were there before or after. His staff called him to come in when it was his time and immediately left without so much as a thank you. Sorry folks but I honestly believe he is trying to buy this governors seat which is an indication that something is afoot. Why would anyone spend millions of dollars of their own hard earned money to make what 150-170 grand a year being our governor?? Why not use grassroots/liberty volunteers to get his message out. Maybe go knock on some doors through-out Florida? Yes we must make some hard well thought-out choices in this mid-election year and we must do it based on our personal experience with the candidates. I will not vote for Rick Scott and he would have to do some fancy dancing going forward to change my mind. All the ads I see have no solutions just what is wrong with his opponent. I hope if he wins he will not sell us down the progressive river. Undecided at this point from the other candidates.

  20. Charlie says:

Why Rick Scott does not bring up the issues related to: 1) the loss of state pension fund, and 2) Scott Rothstein to implicate Bill McCollum and Alex Sink?

However, none of these three candidates have a plan to fix Florida’s economy!
Read Rick Scott’s plan and you’ll be surprised. His plan will work only if we take all the unemployed Floridians and throw them in to the ocean. If his plan is implemented successfully, there’ll be 700,000 more unemployed Floridians within first year of his governorship.
Alex Sink and Bill McCollum plans to create jobs are simply a joke. No substance to it.

  21. I do not think it is good for a candidate to have bad representation. I am McCollum supporter, but am not in the “Lynch Mob”. Edward Lynch is a great guy. I am helping Pam Bondi thought and I hope she wins. In both the Governors race and the AG race I would be happy with any of the Republican candidates!

On the Joe Budd front. I have nothing against him and I will indeed encourage people to vote for him because he is WAY better than Ted Deutch. Some of us do not like some things personally about Joe Budd, but I bet that if we really knew all of the candidates/elected officials there would be something we didn’t like about them! So leave Joe Budd alone. All of this negative energy is getting in the way of helping some GREAT candidates here in Florida! If you support Joe then that’s fine because this is American and that is what’s so great and that is what we are trying to protect!

For those of you who do not like Javier, leave him alone then. If you do not like him then why are some of you obsessed with him? If you really say he is who he says he is then he will just go away if he is not given any attention. If you do not like him do not come on here and read his stuff! It’s as simple as that!

I want to help my country as do all of you. I have been attacked because of who I have hung out with. I have learned that some people aren’t there to help you, but to use you. That is an important lesson I am fortunate enough to have learned early on in life!

So enough with the drama for me! There are bigger things then drama! We have a country to save and we all need to unite in order to do it!

    Thanks!

  22. A few typos above… sorry! It’s a little late or technically early! :)

  23. Ann says:

What about the other guy? Mike McCalister????

  24. Connor the Clown says:

funny to see Lanser Connor sticking up for Javier on this thread. The little patsy has always messed wit javier and has even put up fake facebook profiles against him. I remember along time ago he even copied a private conversation they had and posted it so everyone could see.

Also, last week at a picnic in pb, he actually told a AG candidate that they should pull their ad of the sharktank-funny how people laugh at this little patsy and puppet of that nappy headed tranny-lookalike. I am volunteering for that candidate and I heard the whole conversation.

Got news for you Lanser Connor, no one buys your little song and dance story and no one believes you when you try to act sorry and nice to people.

    Where are your parents?

  25. Martha says:

    @grassroots revere :

you say “sorry folks but I honestly believe he is trying to buy this governors seat which is an indication that something is afoot. Why would anyone spend millions of dollars of their own hard earned money to make what 150-170 grand a year being our governor??

First, Mr. Scott has indicated that he will not take a salary as governor. Yes, it’s chump change in terms of his net worth, but it saves Floridians’ tax dollars. But here’s something for you to chew on. He’s a self made and wealthy man, he can sit on the beach the rest of his life and live the good life, so why subject himself to this process? Call me naive, but it could be because he’s very appreciative of the country that allowed him to become successful, he sees the sorry state it is in, and he wants to give something back by applying his expertise to rectify it. Sure, we should be cynical about every politician, but if his motives are the right ones, Scott deserves a chance, and our side should end all the class warfare rhetoric that implies that just cause you’re wealthy, your motives are less pure than anyone else who is running for public office.

  26. Bob says:

Hey, I heard that Diva is going to be booted of the REC. Smarten up idiots and get rid of this rat.

  27. Michelle says:

Rick Scott is going to win!!! McCollum and his goons are finished.

  28. susan says:

McCollum, another politician that just wants to be in the lime light. Mr. McCollum you are a loser, open your eyes nobody is going to send you to Washington, you are a legend in your own mind.

  29. Joy Richards says:

Susan, Mccollum is running for Gov. He will not be going to Washington. I am sad because with all this infighting, when the rest of the country goes Republican, I am afraid Florida will lose the governorship to a Democrat. I just wish these people can see that they are tearing the party I love apart only because they smell power. When it was not popular they were nowhere to be seen at any republican events,I know because I was there in the bad as well as the good times. Javier you did a great job in destroying sizable leads with this shark tank stuff.

  30. Martha says:

    @ Joy-

“Javier did a great job destroying sizable leads”??? Shirley, you cannot be serious! LoL. Is Javier also responsible for the poor campaign that McCollum started last year, as well as the lack of enthusiasm his candidacy generated amongst Republicans? Is he also responsible for the division in the Party between the establishment moderates and the conservative wing?

Joy, ive been involved for over 15 years down here, these problems have been lurking beneath the surface for long time, stop sounding soooo hysterical. Yes, I said it, hysterical!

  31. Joy Richards says:

YES sizable leads. Florida went from sure thing for us to toss up in both the Senate and the governorship.I saw it happen. Again, I follow the polls everyday and see this divisive behavior turn off the moderates and sift sentiment to the Democrats. go research it for yourself.I do not condone corruption but just because a person is not a far right zealot does not make him a bad candidate. Remember it is the moderate independents that will decide these elections in the generals. Look at Nevada, when the party went too far right with Angle they went from defeating Reid to toss up or worse.Don’t laugh too hard at me if you are a true Republican because my son and I predicted and feared that the fallout from Charlie would spill over to the governorship. I hope your ridicule of my opion is well founded because I think the country need for the Republican philosophy to prevail.
