One last clip from the Congressman Allen West Townhall series that was worthy of a post- I caught up with this young lady who admits to being part of the Moveon.org effort to attend and intentionally disrupt the townhall meetings of Congressman West and other Republicans around the country. While it should come as little surprise, it’s further proof that there is a concerted effort between these progressive organizations and the Democrat party to try to cause chaos at GOP events.
The video is about 7 min long, yet there’s a lot of interesting insight you can glean from this young operative, some of which is cringe-worthy- so brace yourselves.
***UPDATE***
Jackie has commented in the comments section that the Shark Tank has “lied” and that she is not a MoveOn.org member. However, the following screen capture of her Twitter page confirms otherwise- isn’t her socialist-inspired wallpaper so attractive?
“Yeah that’s me in the video and the above statement made by Javier Manjarres is a bold faced LIE. I DID NOT “admit to being part of the Moveon.org effort to attend and intentionally disrupt the Town Hall meetings of Congressman West and other Republicans around the country.” I simply attended what I thought was going to be a town hall meeting where Allen West would take questions directly from his constituents (like me) and answer them in an open forum.”
Jackie, your freedom of speech will always be safe and sound here at the Shark Tank….

According to the her planned parenthood the abortion mill would “struggle” without federal funding but it’s also illegeal for tax dollars to fund abortions, according to her?????
Maybe she would like it better if West rolled like whatername schultz and held a town hall after universal nightmare healthcare was passed.
Yeah that’s me in the video and the above statement made by Javier Manjarres is a bold faced LIE. I DID NOT “admit to being part of the Moveon.org effort to attend and intentionally disrupt the Town Hall meetings of Congressman West and other Republicans around the country.” I simply attended what I thought was going to be a town hall meeting where Allen West would take questions directly from his constituents (like me) and answer them in an open forum. Instead he had people write questions down on cards ahead of time. He then proceeded to do a Power point presentation which bored me to tears since it felt like a college lecture. No one came to this Town Hall for a lecture, people wanted to talk about the issues at hand like the Paul Ryan budget that was recently passed in the house which will end Medicare as we know it. Instead West took the cowardly road and had some third party read his constituents questions so he wouldn’t even have to look at us in the eye as he lied to us. He never really actually answered any of the questions asked which is why many in the crown chose to shout out for clarification when West just kept repeating the Republican talking points such as “it’s not a revenue problem it’s a spending problem.” So really if we wanted to be heard we had to shout out since West was obviously not veering from the party line. He is nothing but a radical tea party Republican who does not care about listening to his constituents. Anyone who spoke up was swiftly removed from the Town Hall as I was and as many others were. So much for freedom of speech.
@Jackie Yes you did say you were with Moveon.org. And see I told you I was not going to edit the video.
Well Shark-Tankers, you are seeing the beginning of the entire Progressive Movement descending on Florida. Without a doubt, their goal is to retake Florida in 2012 and beyond. Our State is the battleground state for Democrats since the re-election of President Obama depends on Florida.
Here in Jacksonville, we have a Mayoral race going on and they too, have built their camp, pitched their tents, and dug their latrines for the Democrat candidate, Alvin Brown. They are not going to leave either as they continue to mobilize their forces against Mike Hogan and also for 2012. Not only that, many Republicans are backing the Democrat candidate in this race and his Progressive agenda of higher taxes, more government spending, and Washington insider deals for Jacksonville- deals the citizens neither want nor can afford.
2010 was a great year for Republicans and more importantly for solid Conservatives like Rep. Allen West. We need more like him in Washington who “gets it” when it comes to returning America back to its free enterprise, Free Market, individual Liberty foundation. These radical MoveOn, OFA, SEIU, and Democrat funded groups are going to do all they can to disrupt events, steal elections, and register more Democrats to vote in an effort to continue to push this nations finances even further over the cliff.
We must work together NOW to stop this agenda and the eventual implementation of their Socialist/Marxist plans for YOUR America. There are far too many examples of that happening across our nation to detail in this forum, but you can simply scan the news to realize that it is real.
Thank you Javier for taking task with these people and showing them as they really are- a radical, loud, “Alinsky” indoctrinated and organized group of RADICALS. We can’t “play nice” anymore as far too much is at stake.

GREAT work, Javier! You were respectful and persistent and honest. Excellent journalism, excellent questions. If she did not like the format (e.g., PowePoint presentation), she could have departed. Googler her and you’ll see she’s pro-union and an active MoveOn tweeter. She believes in freedom of liberal speech.
“The video is about 7 min long, yet there’s a lot of interesting insight you can glean from this young operative, some of which is cringe-worthy- so brace yourselves.”
Cringe — Loopey loo commie. Truth, logic and reasoning is something the Democrats can’t handle.
One thing you can count on, she will never be extremely wealthy.
Jackie before you go and run ur mouth you really should get your facts straight because in most of Rep Wests meetings he does take questions just check out you tube, you can see for yourself. Nothing he did would have made you happy because you don’t like him because he wants to bring America back to where it should be and thats a threat to all liberals. The Democratic party isn’t for we the people anymore its for “myself” because democrats don’t even care enough about their people to hodl town hall meetings. As far as planned parenthood goes there any many forms of birthcontrol out there to get before a woman becomes pregnant.. Abortion is murder no matter how you cut it….
You folks are the biggest bunch of hypocrites out there. Someone has to explain why it was OK for the tea party folks to disrupt, in a totally disrespectful and disgraceful manner, the Democratic sponsored townhall meetings about healthcare but now it is not OK to even ask questions of Rep. West.
And, Mr. Knight, there is nothing wrong with being pro-union. Maybe you haven’t studied history much, but the union movement won for working Americans most of the benefits, even the 40 hour workweek, that American workers enjoy today. From what I have seen since I have been here in Florida, we need more unionization down here since I have never seen so many poorly trained tradesmen as I have down here. Maybe you’d like to work in a sweatshop, but I don’t and won’t.
Maybe you don’t realize this, but unions actually train workers for the trade unions at little or no cost to the contractor.
Jackie is a liar, plain and simple.
Freedom of speech doesn’t mean that everyone has to give you a platform to speak or tolerate disruptive behavior. Duh. Why is it that liberals have a hard time with basic concepts like civility?
If Allan West had read the questions himself, then you’d accuse him of leaving parts out, or lying about what you wrote. You’re so transparent.
What happens when you and your ilk disrupt town hall meetings? OF COURSE he’s going to ask for questions in advance. Why is that bad? Oh yeah. It gets in the way of your plans. You’re telling me that you’re SO SMART and you didn’t see that one coming? Again, you’re so transparent.
Yes, there is something wrong with being pro-union. Being pro-union means this: your dues go to elect Democrats. Being pro-union means accepting and promulgating a corrupt institution that steals from workers, gives to union bosses, buys politicians, and then engages in shakedowns of companies. Being pro-union means being against the secret ballot. Being pro-union means being against the freedom to work for whomever you want. Being pro-union apparently also means being a liar.
I work wherever I want and I don’t work in a sweatshop. If I don’t like working where I am, I go to work somewhere else. If there aren’t any jobs that I like, then I move to where there are some.
You’re telling me that people that have to sell their services for a living are going to be poorly trained unless the unions train them? The concept that you propose means that customers are idiots and can’t choose better-trained suppliers of services.
You’re telling me that union training is without cost to the employer? The employer pays for such training through higher wages, more restrictions on labor, pensions that might bankrupt the company (as many have), legal fees, and so on. That training is not free, you liar.
Mr. Inrusset you sure have your conservative talking points down pat. There some things I know to be true and it is definitely true that where I came from, Chicago where organized labor is strong and wages and benefits are higher and better, the workforce is much better trained,
You just argued against higher wages and better benefits FOR YOU. Is that what you want? The strength of this country is in the AMERICAN WORKER and the stronger we are, the better paid we are, the better the country will be.
Unions do not steal from the members. Of course unions promote the Democratic agenda because the last weeks have shown us what the conservative movement feels about unionized workers. Explain how the workers’ pension might “bankrupt the company” when the pension fund payment is built into the salary package and thusly figures into the hourly fees the company charges the customer?
I’m definitely telling you that the union training is better than whatever I’ve seen down here in Florida. I have never in over 30 years in the trades seen the shoddy workmanship I have seen in Florida.
Tell you what, if I am a liar, you are an idiot, incapable of forming an independent thought who can only parrot the talking points put forth by the right wing talking heads.
Jackie will absolutely hate me… cut EVERYTHING 10%. No questions, no debate and here’s a union sheath knife for that smerk.
After watching the video – Jackie is a lying Bitch. She is clearly a Moveon hack and a dishonest one at that after she admitted she was with Moveon. Poor women can get medical treatment at the county health dept, medicaid and now Obamacare!!! So why do we need to continue to pay for things that are already paid for! Planned parent hood is a private organization and deserves NO Special Treatment or FUNDS. Taxpayers should not pay for your abortion – YOU need to pay for that. Oh and Jackie – since you believe in Income redistribution and clearly make more money than me – I (and others) will gladly take your money – so we will be expecting a check from you. If you do not like America, you are more than welcome to leave and go to the socialist country of your choice. Or you can just keep you big fat lying mouth shut.
Uh, Jackie…BUSTED!!!
Javier – I did not say I am not a MoveOn member. The part that I object to that you wrote is “Would you say this is the start of a call to arms by MoveOn & the Democratic party to disrupt….Town Hall Meetings.” My answer is not exactly how you stated it. And the way I answered was taken in the wrong way by you. What I was trying to say is what you are seeing is the democratic base getting stirred up by all of the ridiculous bills that the GOP has been passing in states across the country and now the Paul Ryan budget looking to end Medicare and give bigger tax cuts to the wealthy. These are people coming together trying to tell their congressman that they are not happy with the decisions they are making. It is in no way an intentional or coordinated effort to disrupt Town Hall meetings. But when you have people who are frustrated and feel their voices cannot be heard this is what you get.
Why does the moveon op keep repeating that the forum West had was unfair. He was addressing every damn question. If you don’t like the answer, tuff schitt! It’s unfair because you couldn’t say whatever you wanted whenever you wanted?
@Richard, perhaps your arguement would hold some water if could post a video of tea party patriots behaving in the same manner the liberal lunatics do in Javier’s videos. Let us all see a tea party protestor at a Democrats townhall being disruptive, talking out of turn, bothering others around them, shouting down the representative, disrespecting the police, etc. There are video cameras at every townhall held, so surely your proof is there. If you cannot put up, then shut up.
Jackie-
It’s a shame you are the one that doesnt really believe in free speech-the irony is that you and your organization MOVEON.org are the ones attempting to interrupt and or shut down these public assemblies. If you were so confident that your positions on the issues are popular ones just waiting to be received by the masses, you wouldnt feel the need to attempt to interrupt discourse by those who disagree with you. Unfortunately, you have been blinded by your organization’s techniques that are designed to intimidate and harass others- are you proud of being affiliated with that?
Facts are facts- You can’t come into this forum and spew BS in support of your statements without being challenged:
Public Monies DO make their way to abortion providers such as Planned Parenthood through insurance companies that pay for abortions.
Planned Parenthood’s officials have also aided and abetted sex traffickers in New Jersey.
1/3 of Planned Parenthood’s billion dollar budget comes from state and federal governments. The clear majority of people want to end public funding now- approaching 70 percent- ending PP’s public funding would truly be “Democracy in Action”.
Nice job Javier as usual.
Now is the chance to ask Javier the question you’ve always wanted to ask.
Javier will be on The American Hour Monday 2 May 4pm Eastern with CDR Tom Garcia and Paula Lauzon-Ostman. Listen at http://www.USARadioNetwork.com/tom.htm call in # is 310.982.4145
Mr. Sandman, the tea partiers disrupting the townhalls was all over the news, where the hell were you? Didn’t they show it on Faux news too?
It’s funny, we probably have more in common with Jackie than with Col. West. I will explain.
Jackie is correct and she expresses the same frustrations that we do. These townhall’s are a joke whether orchestrated by the left (donkey’s) or the right (elephant’s). Politicians always avoid the follow-up questions and debate. A question is asked, a half answer is given and they move on. We all witnessed it during the health care reform (“destruction’) bill.
Jackie I will tell you why Planned Parenthood needs to be defunded. The government has no business funding it to begin with. The founding fathers intent was to limit the powers of the federal govt. Also, to answer the question of what impact it will have on low income people , please remember low income people are on Medicaid – they all have government paid for health insurance. A high official for Planned Parenthood admitted on tape they really don’t need the money. People who believe in this organization should privately donate and fund it (and they do, and that is their constitutional right).
When the soldiers on the left (people like Jackie) and the soldiers on the right (people like us) wake up we will realize that we have a common enemy and we are both being used and purposely being pitted against each other to the delight of the real enemy.
Jackie, I am a CPA. I understand financial matters. This country is in deep trouble and we HAVE to cut a lot of things. Planned Parenthood is one. But defense is also another. We can not afford to keep spending. Both Pres. Obama and Paul Ryan say it too. Both both Pres. Obama and Paul Ryan have produced plans and forecasts that continue to spend more money than we take in for as long as the eye can see. Both plans stink.
So, Rep. Col. West – how can you possibly support Paul Ryan’s plan? 26 years to balance a budget is not bold!
The federal government has not been able to produce a set of financial statements that an auditor will render an opinion on for years. Why? http://www.gao.gov/financial/fy2010/10gao1.pdf
Bottom line is that we need the truth. And neither side is giving us the truth. Wake up, they are two side of the same coin. They work very hard to discredit anything that doesn’t walk around as a donkey or elephant (whether it be Nadar and his Green party or Perot and his Reform Party). That is how they control us.
Its time for all soldiers on both sides to Wake Up and come together to defeat the real enemy destroying this nation.
MM – You hit the nail on the head on how these Town Halls are setup. There is no room for debate. I don’t think that helps anyone on either side of the issues.
I also agree that it is true the public probably doesn’t have accurate information from the government on the actual defecit figures. However, I do agree with most of Americans that spending cuts are needed but I disagree on where those cuts should come from. Cuts in education, pell grants head start programs & Medicare are not the places to start when they haven’t even talked about wasteful spending in defense. Cutting social programs that are desperately needed during a time when Americans are already hurting is not good for our future. In addition giving the wealthiest Americans under the Ryan plan a bigger tax makes no sense. Independent studies have shown the Ryan plan will actually INCREASE our deficit. Look it up.
Jackie-
I am only asking for you to wake up. Moveon.org is using people like you.
Neither side is giving the truth.
Before raising anymore revenue we all need to ask the question as to Is our money efficiently spent? Does it get to its stated purpose? Have we achieved the desired results? Basic, logical questions.
Read the audit report I posted. You will find that the federal government can’t even produce a set of financials that someone will say are “reasonably presented and reliable”. That says a lot.
1) So in order to fix our fiscal problems we first need good data.
2) Than we go to “fraud and abuse”. The GAO produces hundreds of reports telling the politicians about fraud and abuse and they do NOTHING! Did you know that a study was done in NY. They found that 97% of MTA workers became disabled the day after they retired. http://www.nytimes.com/2008/09/21/nyregion/21lirr.html?_r=1&ref=nyregion&oref=slogin Please tell me how this happens? Is this good stewardship? Do you realize the MTA has significant financial issues? Do you know how the NY legislators addressed such? They put in a MTA payroll tax that affected every business, church, school etc. in a very wide reaching area. You can’t tax your way out of bad stewardship.
3) Than we need to say whether that function SHOULD be done by the federal government or should it be a STATE or Local responsibility? The farther away you put the decision making and authority from the problem, usually the least efficient you are at fixing it.
For example, education. Education and schools existed in 1776, no? Why didn’t Washington and Jefferson set up a dept of education when they set up the govt or when they were President? Because they considered education not be a federal government responsibility. If they tried to do so, the states would not have signed on to the US Constitution. A Dept of ed was not introduced into the federal govt until 1867 and played a minor role (not a cabinet level position) until 1979. Now let’s compare what has happened to the education of our kids since this dept was created. More money than ever has been spent on education and our results (test scores) are getting worse. We could easily shut down this dept, return control back to the states and save ourselves a lot of money. Our kids would be better served.
Defense is a constitutionally mandated function of the federal government. But nation building is not. We have spent more lives and money poking our noses into places we have no right to be. We are not constitutionally mandated to protect the world and we certainly can’t continue to afford it.
Social Security and Medicare – it is not fully paid for by us, only partially. It has to be fixed. No one can say that they paid for it because we haven’t. Hence the reason why there is over $100 TRILLION in UNFUNDED LIABILITIES which makes the nat’l debt look like peanuts, correct? But we can only reasonably fix it by first getting to the truth, educating others on the truth and than fixing it through shared sacrifices with structural controls or eliminating it all together.
4) Once we determine what the federal government should be doing and get the waste out of it, than we can determine what to do about taxes. The tax code of present is a joke and the instrument our common enemy (all politicians) use to do their dirty work. What they are counting on Jackie is for you to keep buying their “tax the rich” mantra. What happens when they raise tax rates is that the super rich shelter their money and also pay to get these special provisions put into law (hence why exxon paid no US taxes) and the $300K/yr small businessman gets screwed. Trust me, no one at $250K-$500k a year has a private jet. But they will end up paying more while the superrich elite pay less. We need to end this cycle. Also note that the people in the $200K-$1Million don’t mind pitching in a little more, they are just soooooo tired of their money being wasted. Why? Most in that category happen to work 80 hours a week. They work hard for their money and when you wind up paying over half your income in taxes (fed, state, local, payroll, etc.), you have a right to say, enough is enough.
Bottom line is that we have to stop spending more than we take in. We need to balance the budget and develop a plan for paying down the debt. It is going to be hard. No one wants their favorite programs cut. But everything needs to be on the table.
If you don’t believe me than try this experiment. I want you to spend 1.5 times the amount you earn. get your parents to lend you the amount you are overspending. How long do you think they will fund you? So your spouse goes out to get another job to try to make up the difference. You than increase your spending. How many jobs is he physically able to take on.
Games over.
Richard -
Perhaps if you did not live in a Right-To-Work state (like I do [ID] and 21 others) you wouldn’t suffer the kind of incompetency that is the hallmark of such a state policy.
There is of course good and bad points to unionization of trades and professions. Unfortunately, the politicization of many of the larger unions has left a less-than-favorable impression to the general population that ; a) have a job, b) pay taxes, c) believe in self-sufficiency and d) realize that in the real (i.e. FREE) world you cannot have everything you want. Nor should you reasonably expect to – given the unsustainable cost that would have to be borne (ultimately) by a bankrupt entity.
A union has an obligation to protect its members from unreasonable demands (exploitation), and ensure the integrity (quality/competency) of its members. It should not negotiate “blue sky” concessions, or otherwise unsustainable commitments in its contracts.
Union leadership should be apolitical (neutral) and self-impose limitations on its lobbying involvement (IMHO) to reach a compromise that is both fair to its membership and at the same time reasonable, sustainable and in the overall sense REALISTIC to the entity being contracted (public or private).
Just as I believe that TERM LIMITS would be a great asset to our local, state and federal governments – so could it be to organizations of great influence and power (i.e. CONTROL) such as unions. Virtual dictatorships that currently exist in such umbrella-like unions as the AFL-CIO, SEIU, UAW and UTA (among many others) are not helpful to their general membership, nor to the nation in general.
Compromise is possible, and could be instigated if the American public would consider such a simple ideological thought as, “Ask not what your COUNTRY can do for you; but what YOU can do for your country.” That would require that honor and integrity be demanded of our leadership (in any level of government or union); and such leadership can be found in Rep. West and others of his character.
I’m just sayin’.
I just want to say I find this Jackie woman very enlightening. I absolutely love her! Way to stand up for what you believe in. All politicians are full of shit.
This bimbo is a clear example of what Lenin once called “The useful idiots of the west.” Nothing more than an ignorant left-wing tool.
As far as what Jackie says, consider the source. Ignore all rude, crude, ignorant, want-everything-for-nothing kind of people.
(Quote Rich)
Mr. Sandman, the tea partiers disrupting the townhalls was all over the news, where the hell were you? Didn’t they show it on Faux news too? (end quote)
Just like I thought, no proof to back up your rhetoric. Yes I’ve seen angry people from the right at townhalls. Never the vitriol like your ilk portrays. Never do they get thrown out let alone arrested. Somehow you almost seem like a sensible liberal. Do you not see the destructive path Obama is bringing us down. If you sy no your lying to save face.
Admit it, Obama is not what you liberals thought he would be. Did you really think 2-1/2 years into his administration we would still be this deep into a recession? Still the deep housing slump, still 10% unemployment, $4 a gallon gas and rising. This is caused by your boys policy. Are you a marxist Rich?
Ok patriots… I Moveon wants to act out, stand up and give Representative West a standing ovation… while drowning them out… For as long as it takes…. And as far as Jackie’s comments about poor women needing Planned Parenthood… We do the poor no favor by sending them to an abortion clinic for any proceedure. There are free clinics in every city across this great nation who treat all the poor, not just women. It is available and at least they will see a real doctor, not one who only specializes in killing the unborn. Further, if these women want our hands off their body, they can keep their fingers out of our wallets!!
If the democrats are doing this to us why not do it to them? Oh I forgot they would beat us, why are we not doing that to them when they disrupt us. They are ignorant dogs who need a beating!!!!!! The dems have divided this once great country through a system of disinformation. Wake up America they are trying to destroy us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Re: Rich. You say you are from Chicago…well, that tells the tale…YOUR STATE IS BROKE too…I’m also from Illinois..and glad I’m out of there and in Florida.
Unions years ago were needed…NOT in today’s world!
Their Union Bosses are living high off the hog on the backs of the workers and their dues. Unions today are the very reason more and more companies have left America and gone to other countries. With that the Unions are crying ‘foul’…but THEY ARE THE CAUSE and they are crying because of the loss of jobs! They have brought it on THEMSELVES. Companies are not in BUSINESS TO MAKE JOBS…Companies are in business to provide a product and to make a profit…which to your union bosses is a DIRTY WORD! Well, sorry Rich..Profit is what buys machinery, buildings, pays the wages, pays the taxes, pays the light bills and pensions and the list goes on…and on…
I am a certified ‘winger and a huge Allen West fan..but if every “liberal” was half as informed and articulate as Jackie is; the discourse would be much more enlightening.
You’re a cutie too, Jackie. Keep it up.
BTW- PP is an abortion mill. That’s where the money is (check the numbers). You shouldn’t get your “facts” from their website.
Jackie,
My only comment is to say that I’ve met and spoken with Allen West several times since 2008. I’ve found him to be personable, very open to all questions and willing to discuss the issue, given the opportunity. Perhaps the reason his Town halls run smoothly is that they are organized and orderly. Larger events like this require more structure than one on ones or they can become chaotic. Unfortunately, extended back and fourths can paralyze a large public meeting so don’t go with the expectation that you and the speaker can have a chat. Also, having someone read the questions saves time and promotes clarity for obvious reasons. Now, you have your opinion and I doubt that anything West could have said or done would change you mind or support him anyway. So I suppose you have two choices; one, do an interview or speak to him in a more casual environment or, two, make a mini spectacle and settle for just voicing you concerns through whatever media attention you can get.
Frank, Amen!
Mr. Sandman,
I believe that you call yourself Sandman because your head is in the sand. I don’t have tapes saved of the tea partiers actig like goons but it was all over TV for weeks. If you were glued to faux news and they didn’t show it, well, your loss.
To those who say I am being used by MoveOn that is ridiculous. I joined of my own free will because they have the same liberal values and beliefs that I do. I have free will and a mind of my own. I consider myself to be very informed about the issues and have become informed because I wanted to be involved and make a difference. I care about the issues that affect me and my community as a whole.
I became inspired to get involved because of the actions of Republican Governor Scott Walker and his Union Stripping bill. When I saw both Democrats and Republicans come together to protest in Wisconsin for their rights to collectively bargain these past few months it blew me away. Republicans did this. They got the Democratic base inspired to come together for this cause like we have not seen in years. And the fight goes on. I have followed the Wisconsin story intently and am outraged by the actions of Walker along with funded friends pushing through this Bill which ended up having nothing to do with the budget. And then other Republican governors followed suit in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. What I’ve seen has absolutely enraged me.
All I see is Republicans wanting to take away funding from programs that to me seem essential to society as a whole and this I don’t understand. Something that hits home with me is the cutting of Pell Grants. Because without the pell grant I received in college I would not have been able to complete college. I am the only one if my family who has completed college.
As for Planned Parenthood, I utilized their services for my yearly exam while in college because I didn’t have health insurance. I believe de-funding them would be a mistake since they provide vital services to women including birth control, pap smears, etc.
All I want is for the underdog to have a voice. I don’t want services taken away from people who are hurting. because I come from a place where I felt that struggle and I know what it is. You may not what that feeling is but I do.
Awwwwwwww, you don’t like the way Allen West runs his town hall meetings. Well, that is a lib for you, wants total control of everything, and not willing to wait for one instant until others are satisfied. Poor whiny lib, “I was bored”…..”written questions”……”power point”…….sob sob sob. You should be glad that Allen West is even holding town hall meetings. Good ole Ron Klein, remember him? How many town halls did he hold for his constituents during his Congressional run? How many questions did Ron Klein answer, written or otherwise? What’s that, I can’t hear you?……………..EXACTLY! How many times did you vote for that creep? You didn’t complain about his LACK of town halls, did you? You didn’t care that he had NO town halls to address the concerns of his constituents during the Obamacare debates, did you? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, but Allen West WAS there to address the people. He had Obamacare town halls when Ronny was no where in sight. Ronny wasn’t answering the phone, he wasn’t returning emails, but he was playing fast and loose with facts during the election season, wasn’t he? Good ole boy Ronnie is gone because all Ronnie cared about was RONNIE! And good riddance to that blood sucking Obama lap dog. And as for your concern about Planned Parenthood, how about we open up the books to check and see how much money is spent and where. There seems to be some contradictions on this point (http://liveaction.org/blog/data-36-7-of-planned-parenthoods-health-center-income-is-from-abortions/). You are so worried about “vital services” for women being lost, however I didn’t hear any outrage when Obama’s FDA banned the use of AVASTIN for breast cancer treatment. If I recall, that disease affects more women than men, but nobody is talking about this kind of LOSS of health services. Yeah, the FDA says it is too costly to treat breast cancer with AVASTIN so whoosh, it is gone. (http://online.wsj.com/article/NA_WSJ_PUB:SB10001424052748704271804575405203894857436.html). The rationing begins with selective outrage! But somehow you have more than enough outrage toward Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. THAT is quite bothersome to you. The fact that people HAVE to join the union doesn’t bother you, The fact that unions use that money to support politicians that possibly most don’t agree with is not a concern. The fact that the state MUST collect the dues for the unions is not an issue for you. Most believe in free will. If you want to join a union, you can. That is it. Short and sweet. If you fee like you might benefit from the unions representing you, you pay the dues. Enough said. Choice should be the name of the game. If it was not mandatory, unions would have to work a lot harder to ensure the satisfaction of the dues paying members. Dissatisfaction leads to less revenue. But, alas, most of these points are lost of liberals. They bat not an eyelash when “telling others what to do”, however when they are told what to do, THEY ARE OUTRAGED!
Jackie de Carvalho, when Javier and I refer to 0:04, when Javier asked you what group you are with and you respond “move on”. I can clearly see that you are lying and clearly not telling the truth because you are now coming out saying that your own statements are a “bold faced lie”. Your refusal to admit your intentions, which clearly were to disrupt and create chaos at a government official’s event. Its Mr. West’s prerogative on what he choses to show his audience, the same way it is your prerogative to attend the event or not. But to disrupt him and excessively complain how he was putting on a power-point presentation is incorrect because he can chose to do whatever he wants with the freedom of speech you so dearly value as evidenced by your rants and excessive complaining and whining about the forum of the event. The event was handled the way it was handled regarding the questioning, but for you to interrupt an elected government official and create chaos at an official event is disrespectful, its rude and you should be ashamed of yourself for your comments and behaviors.
Personally I like Jackie. I might not agree with her views but she has every right to express them. She is extremely well spoken. We may not all agree on how our country should be run, but we need to remember we all live here and we need to show respect to one another. Someday I hope to get to meet Jackie and be able to shake her hand and say hello to my fellow American.
Hopefully Jackie can weigh in on her opinion on other posts here at the Shark-Tank.
