“Positive tests will carry an immediate six-month ban on Temporary Assistance for Needy Families. ”

Gotta love the liberal rag St. Pete Times. Needy for what, a quick fix?

In this instance, I do not agree with Governor Scott. And, like a broken clock, the ACLU is right, this time (there is probably some other time that I agree with them). This new rule/law negates the poor people’s 4th Amendment right that should be protecting them against unreasonable searches and personal privacy. Where is the ‘probable cause’? Just by being needy these poor people can be taken advantage of by those who think they know best, it’s not right and it’s not fair.

I worked as a CASA or court appointed child advocate. Many people were abusing Meth on welfare. Along with this were many illegal aliens scamming and abusing our welfare system as well. How sad to see many people working for the state while abusing their positions, Only to learn many mentally ill and other poor folks were homeless and unable to receive help. Pretty heartless and with special interest to aid the illegals mandated from our own US lying GOVERNMENT. The system is being scammed, and the people who truly need help can’t receive.

Many people have babies in order to sit on their butts and not work. So these created a system of abuse for illegal aliens having more kids in order to receive free entitlements while not claiming their income working under the table, they are able to collect food stamps, gain low income housing, while living large in order for us to neglect the fact that most of these people abusing drugs are sick and in need of rehab for addictions. Who weren’t able to receive help for their addictions While their children are being leased out to stranger to farm out and raise for profit.. Its a big business killing the spirit of America.

I’m so disgusted with our COUNTRY, it was the most shameful thing I ever saw. People lying and making up untrue lies to keep kids from their parents, not in the best interest of children, while refusing to help folks reunite with their kids.. Playing GOD by keeping the charts from the CASA and kicking her off the case when she questioned them. I was not an advocate, but a puppet for those NAZI’s. The whole time they were aiding criminal illegal aliens to aide them at the expense of denying a meth mom treatment for an addiction. It was the most corrupt thing I ever saw in my life. Many of these women sat at their computers not working while keeping the files from me and lying about everything in order to keep parents from the kids the white kids they farmed out for money.. Its all about the money.. Never about the kids.

    Darigi , The 4th Amedmenment :

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

NOBODY, I repeat NOBODY is being FORCED to submit themselves to a drug test. It’s ALL 100% voluntary. Just like drugs themselves, you are 100% allowed to say that simple word NO. Don’t want the job that requires a drug test, you say ‘no’, no thank you, no I’ll pass, no however you care to put it. You want that job you simply say yes.

Same thing in this case, say yes OR no and again it’s 100% voluntary. You’re NOT being subjected to anything under the 4th Amendment.

Either way one still retains their rights, the right to say yes OR no.

    Hope that conveys

This is one smart move. I hope every state follows suit. I’m tired of my tax dollars being used for drugs, abortions, and idiotic art that I would never in a million years pay for myself. By allowing tax dollars you pay in to be used for drugs, abortions, etc. makes you an accomplice..
