FEC Looking Into Possible Frankel Campaign Disclosure Violations

The Shark Tank has learned that the National Legal and Policy Center has filed an Federal Elections Commission (FEC) complaint against former West Palm Beach Mayor and current candidate for Congress Lois Frankel for apparently failing to file the proper campaign expenditures and/or liabilities in the first FEC reporting cycle of 2011.  Read more-Frankel…

The FEC has evaluated the complaint and has determined that it is serious enough to formally open an inquiry into the matter.  On June 22nd, the FEC sent a letter to the National Legal and Policy Center that acknowledged their complaint and stated that Frankel would notified of the complaint and receive written notice with five business days.
