I can’t stand her and don’t want to see her elected again

The alcohol was flowing freely at this event and Nancy Detert should stay away from it. I was there and noticed an awkward moment during her speech, but couldn’t decipher what she had said. Joe Gruters is a class act and goes out of his way to be fair. I will vouch for his character and say that he would NEVER encourage any sort of disparaging remarks towards ANY Republican candidate for ANY office.

  3. JUNEW WOLFE says:

these people have lost all their morals and respect for all. They should NOT be in charge of an even or ANY ever again… they should be FIRED

We need to stop support of UNCONSTITUTIONAL candidates who have different ideas than getting us back to our foundation which was NOT broken till the politicians ignored it. One man knows and will reverse the damage if we can get past his image of who we want to look pretty in office and go to his heart based on returning us to the US CONSTITUTION. It won’t matter WHO is President as our sovereignty is now at risk.
They have sold us out w/Agenda 21 (UN takeover of USA) right here in SRQ! We must get out of the UN,
RON PAUL will restore America. Using our miiitary to arrest citizens goes before Senate this week! We are
heading beyond socialism to globalism. God help us. Ron Paul is not taking $400k salary but $36k average US salary, he is one of us, not part of the problem. Wake up America, our days are numbered!

    • And Ron Paul is the most unconstitutional candidate of all, because he doesn’t give a rat’s rear end about defending America. That’s right. His foreign policy is suicide. Why don’t you ask him what he knows about Islam, and specifically about its laws? He’s bought the Islamofascist propaganda hook, line, and sinker, and so have you.

Yes, I believe Nancy Detert is considering jumping on board the Cain Train. Mr Cain lit up the room with enthusiasm and inspiration. The crowd cheered and applauded Herman numerous times during his speech — proving that the people are still strongly supporting him.

  6. Homo Agenda says:

We need an adulterer like Cain in the “Black House”!

    • Baby4Cain says:

You mean like President Clinton in the White House?!..Unlike Clinton, Herman Cain’s are still Questionable. President Clinton was not only true, but he enjoyed him self while in the White House and there is NO Question about that! Not only was Clinton Blowing smoke up America’s you know what, He was also enjoying some of his own. Not only do I find your play on color’s of the The White House gross, I find your memory laughable and it finds you to me the butt of your own off colored joke!

    • Victor says:

I agree with you. We have a hypocrite in the Black House now why would we want another dishonest criminal as our president. Its time for a real change!

  7. [...] blog The Shark Tank wrote what Cain said wasn’t as important as what was said about Cain by Florida State Sen. Nancy Detert (R-Venice) during her introduction of the [...]

  8. mary says:

Nancy – that was tacky – whether you support Cain or not.

  9. Baby4Cain says:

I think we should all do our homework on Ms.Detert, then we would all see that her remarks mean nothing! As the story goes Mr.Cain pulled out of it just fine and she was left with nothing but egg on her face ;)http://www.ballotpedia.org/wiki/index.php/Nancy_Detert

  10. Norma Brown says:

I never noticed anything out of the ordinary, nor did I interpret her remarks as demeaning. Let’s face it — they couldn’t get enough interested Republicans to fill up a campaign event for Cain as the star, so they had to piggy-back him on Barbour. And the only guy to blame for that is the candidate himself, who knew he had all these skeletons in his closet (and with the latest, not even a skeleton, someone alive and kicking)and he still chose to run and he still failed to act preemptively to address the issues, instead waiting for the “orchestrated campaign” against him. What else did he expect? Sorry, I like Herman — but he did us all a disservice by running despite all his baggage. No wonder his wife has been reluctant to get out there with him. Ain’t nobody to blame but the Herm.
