    good grief…. amateur hour, lol

  2. BoGo says:

    Ozzie –
Do you really think the electorate wants to send yet another egomaniac to Congress?

Congratulations to you on your material success. Money can buy a really cool ride pimped out with your smiling mug plastered on the side (has everyone seen the Ozzie-mobile?), but money CAN’T buy character.

I get his point of being a businessman and not a lawyer or bureaucrat.
Problem is this guy is very ILL EQUIPPED to deal with a campaign and
handle people. His demeanor is grating and he pontificates. It’s what
we Cubans call the “come mierda” factor.

ARTICLE 11,SECTION 1,CLAUSE V OF THE USA CONSTITUTION IT TAKES TWO CITIZEN PARENTS WHEN ONE IS BORN TO BE A “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN” TO BE PRES OR VP******M.RUBO PARENTS WERE NOT CITIZEN WHEN M.RUBO WAS BORN*****SO STOP WASTING OUR TIME TAKING M.RUBO*****AND M.RUBO IS A RINO

  5. Professor Robert J. King, M.Div., Th.M. says:

He might be RIGHT. It all depends upon his actual business qualifications. At a recent political event I met a Cuban-American family whose familial roots extend back to the 1890′s in Tampa, FL, and who matriarch is QUITE close with George W. Bush (i.e. Christmas parties at the White House), yet as Cuban-Americans, and as fans of George W., they did not ascribe to prevailing Tea Party ideology that U.S. Senator Marco Rubio is the best man (or woman) for the job as Vice President. I think Rubio is qualified due to his reputable Bachelor’s from U.F., J.D. from U. of Miami, and successful career in the FL House, but let’s compare that to all other Republican leaders in the U.S.A. For example, Condi Rice, Ph.D. is former Provost at Stanford, former U.S. Sec. of State, and thus significantly more equipped to lead than Rubio. Allow Rubio 8 more years. He’s needed in the U.S. Senate, not writing his autobiographical memoirs at age 40! . . . ;-) . <.

    • Rich says:

He’s writing his “memoirs” because, like the rest of them, he’s a politician and is in it for the money, not for you or I.
He’s caught the “brass ring” and is going to make money off of it for himself.
Don’t fool yourself for one minute, he’s in it for himself.

      • Professor Robert J. King, M.Div., Th.M. says:

Disturbing news that U.S. Senator Marco Rubio had accepted $210,000 in illegal campaign contributions in 2010. The Federal Election Commission fined Rubio $8,000 . . . (Tampa Bay Times, 4/28/2012; p. 12A). V.P. choice still goes to Condi Rice as the most adept at actually helping to beat Obama. Santorum would make a fine V.P. (first choice; albeit difficult to win the middle with).

What an insult to some of the senior most members of the Florida delegation !! NRCC needs to take another hard look at Mr. defaria and insist that he apologizes to our delegation from South Florida. I am offended by his tone, by his rhetoric, by his attacks on fellow republicans. This needs to stop. I am also hearing talk about how he enmassed his wealth. Some thing is very wrong with this guy. Republicans cannot afford to have a clown like him on the ballot against DWS. She will destroy him !

  7. Rich says:

Where do you guys find these dimwits?

  8. Tea Party Tina says:

Hey Ozzie… You wish you were one ounce of a man like Col West you fool!

  9. Lowie says:

I don’t believe a word he said. He is a self centered fool who wants a job. I am voting for the man or woman who will listen to the people and stop the current trend of being a godless socialist nation where the elite rule the working class. Col. West needs another term in Congress and the 18th District better send him back.

  10. Barry says:

As a Republican… I would never vote for Ozzie. The man supports Gay Marriage!

  11. Liz says:

The fact that deFaria sounds delusional really makes me wonder if he is a plant? to enter such and important race so late in the game without any concern for the District really makes me wonder.

No one is like Allen West and we need someone like him up the but it is not deFaria.
Let’s be real and face that the only candidate that is making Debbie wondering is she has to move from DC is Karen Karrington.

  12. The Fisherman says:

I am sure Mr. deFaria is a very capable man, however, he needs an adviser or close friend to council him on the folly of displaying raw hubris at public events. This puts me in mind of an old Steely Dan tune from my youth: ” You’ve been telling me that you’re a genius ever since you were seventeen, and in all the time I’ve known you, I still don’t know what you mean”.

  13. Jerry says:

This guy has to be the poster child for someone with “SFB”—-for brains!!! Looks like he sure wants to work for the entire nation. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!

  14. Kathy says:

I think all that plastic surgery that Ozzie had to his face went to straight to his brain!
