Governor Sarah Palin’s fiery address to the conservative reporters and activists at the annual Right Online meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada was only overshadowed by the eye-popping high heels that the Governor was wearing. (Obama “Snortin Cocaine, eating “Fido”)
While sitting in the front row, I had a great vantage point from which to watch Palin’s entire speech. While Palin was addressing the crowd, a couple of the ladies sitting around me made a few flattering comments about the former Governor’s well put together business casual attire, emphasizing on her “fabulous” heels.
Palin’s striking appearance was unquestionable. So, I zoomed in on the heels for a closer inspection. Afterwards, many of the attendees that I spoke to all opined on how well dressed she was and how “nice” her heals were. What the heck!?
I have to concur that the heels were nothing less than striking-I am sure Dana Loesch was green with envy. I will go on the record to say that they looked like five-inchers to me. I just hope that fellow conservative reporters/journalists, Ben Howe, Ed Morrissey and Jim Hoft, all took fashion notes from Sarah and will better color coordinate their outfits before they decide to leave their hotel rooms again

We are in a campaign to wrest control from the tyrannical and incompetent socialist and his party currently in control of our White House and Senate.
We are making too much of Sarah Palin’s high heels.
She is a fine looking, patriotic woman with some good conservative ideas, and speaks out frequently supporting various conservative and Tea Party candidates.
She has a messsage that should be more important than her shoes.
She has been treated miserably by the press, and even the Republican Party, and emphasizing her shoes and appearance detracts from her message, which is much more important than the shoes she wears.
Didn’t we hear enough about her wardrobe when it was a campaign issue raised by the dimocrats in 2008?
Why are we Republicans and Tea Party supporters starting the wardrobe question ourselves?

Low cut shoes always make legs look longer and pretter.

Um…”fabulous” if you are 20 something, but those are “sexy” heels, appropriate for a “cougar,” not an ex-governor (conservative) addressing a crowd at a political event.

So because she’s a conservative governor at a political event she has to dress like a nun? Please! She’s not a cougar, she’s a mother, grandmother, and wife. Where is it written that a conservative cannot be attractive, intelligent, and well dressed. Yep, she’s all those things and it drives the Democrats nuts!!! I agree WAH WAH!
1. the shoes almost cover her entire foot, how are they not appropriate? and can you fill me in on the conservative women’s dress code and how it would differ from the liberals since you felt it necessary to point out which side of the political spectrum Gov Palin happens to align herself with?
2. a “cougar” is a middle aged woman that dates younger men….we all know where you went wrong there
3. I’m in my 20s and the shoes are hot and as much as it may bother you, Sarah’s got nice legs too!! I hope I can stay in that good of shape til I’m her age!! Not all female politicians have to wear a pantsuit like Hilary….there are other styles of clothing that are acceptable

Why can’t a former governor also be a cougar? I’m as conservative as Ronald Reagan and Barry Goldwater. My wife has a collection of heels like that – some are JLo, some are Jessica Simpson, and some are Steve Madden. I think they’re hot! Man can not life on politics alone.
Go Sarah! Love those heels! They are as spunky as she is! I am Sarah’s age and I would wear them. Her message is MUCH more important than her choice in shoes though……

No one gives speeches equal to Palin. Many give great speeches, and I’m sure Marielena Stuart does well, but she’s no Sarah Palin. Heels or no heels.
Frankly, Sarah Palin can show up in t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes or waders covered in fish guts, or dressed to the nines, and blow everyone away, no matter what she has on. It ain’t about how she looks, even though she always looks stunning. It’s the message of Freedom and Liberty that she brings, that turns every one on.
Javier is just trying to break the day up with something less than hard core politics. It is what it is.
Sarah has great things to say. She has guts, unlike the RINOs. I love her and her endorsements, except for her endorsements of McLame and Orrin Hatch in their primary battles. I can understand McShame since he elevated her to national prominence, but Hatch? Hatch did not even put up a fight against ACLU radical Ginsburg or the other two radical leftist females.
Whenever there is an important battle for conservatives to win where we are within 1 or 2 Senate votes, he always seems to cave to the Democrat side. I wonder what kind of photos/video/audio the DNC has on him? He needs to lose his primary and Sarah needs egg on her face for that endorsement.
Now, as far as her heels, they are great! She is fashionable, sexy and does not need to dress like a man to be taken seriously. Does the liberal media ever criticize the facial hair and hairy legs of Hillary, Pelosi, Feinstein or other femiNazi icons?

I agree with you, Jinny. But more importantly, they are smarter. Their knowledge of the Constitution and a multitude of other topics exceeds those on the Left BIG time. Republicans “think”, while the Leftists “feel”. True Conservatives talk in “specifics”, while the Socialist Leftists “name call, can’t answer simplistic questions, alter the facts and/or omit the facts”.

Palin should come out with her own fashion line of heels/boots and figure hugging clothes for ladies with good taste. She would make a killing just by selling to conservative women or conservative men buying things for their still liberal wives/girlfriends.
Best of all, the liberals would go INSANE and froth at the mouth that a conservative, TEA party, Christian is invading their leftist, alternative persuasion territory and becoming enormously successful.

Gov Palin loves being a woman but more importantly, she FIGHTS LIKE A GIRL! No matter what the leftists and GOPe try to do to take her down, she is still standing strong and tall. Love, love, love the stilettos she wears and I love it when she palnts those stilettos firmly up the behinds of Obama and the liberals.
I’m wondering why she has not endorsed Mitt Romney. I don’t think he needs her good word yet it makes me wonder what she is up to.

Sarah is hot and sexy and flaunting her beautiful assets does no harm to anyone–least of all herself. If you have a problem ‘taking her seriously’ because she is drop dead gorgeous; then I suggest that is YOUR personal problem. Liberal hags WISH they could be this hot!!
