The Fast and Furious saga continues as Congressman Darrell Issa (R-CA) has announced that Attorney General Eric Holder has failed to produce the documents to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee requested of him regarding the failed Fast and Furious operation that lead to the murder of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.
A contempt resolution against Attorney General Eric Holder is expected to take place today barring any last minute agreement or compromise by Holder and Issa’s committee.
”Issa told Fox News that Holder didn’t provide “anything in writing,” and said the family of murdered Border Patrol agent Brian Terry wants the documents as much as he does.
“We want the documents. Brian Terry’s family would like the documents that are responsive to how in fact their son was gunned down with weapons that came from lawful dealers but at the … behest of the Justice Department,” Issa told Fox News.” -Fox News
Among those who will be voting to find Holder in contempt is Florida Congressman and U.S. Senate candidate Connie Mack.
Mack told the Shark Tank early this morning that he was “absolutely going to vote for it,” but stated that there would be a morning briefing to outline the steps leading up to a possible contempt vote.

Out of respect for reporter Javier Manjarres and fellow readers, I will not say what I really want to say but I will say this: It makes me absolutely sick that Obama has just exerted Executive Privilege over Fast & Furious this morning. May God help us!
Communism has “officially” entered the United States via the White House. President Barack Obama has signed “executive privilege” to not turn over our documents, the peoples documents, to Congress. Move over Richard Nixon, your replacement has arrived and his name is Barack Obama, the Messiah and Ruler of the Land now know as Communist America.
The President has now shown us, the people, Democrats, Republicans and Independents that He has something to hide and was involved in this Fast & Furious cover-up. Now we all know what “flexible” really means.
All Democrats who are the House Oversight Committee who do not support The Chairman, Darryl Issa needs to be held accountable and primaried in their re-election bids. All they are doing is “stone-walling” and placing the United States Constitution in harms way, a-la Richard Nixon and Watergate.
Would you please support and hold Attorney General Holder and President Obama, who are hiding something from us by withholding these documents…..accountable.
Good post, I agree. I only hope and pray that other Americans understand what Obama’s actions really mean for the security and future of our nation and to our FREEDOM. People need to understand that it is not name-calling but that Obama truly is trying to run things as a Communist.

we have a President who allows our borders to be violated by illegals of any country while we are at war.
There is enough evidence presented to Congress to arrest him and prosecute him for an Act of War against the nation of Mexico, accessory to murder of thousands of innocent citizens in Mexico and America..
as well as the murder of United States Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.
Besides sending illegal guns to Mexico, Holder and Obama sold guns to criminal street gangs inside the United States where the guns will be used inside the United States. It will take years to find the thousands of guns these criminals sold to killers.
Eric Holder and his criminal operatives in his office and the Department of Justice need to be dragged out in handcuffs, jailed with no bail and put on trial with a jury of American citizens who are not federal government employees.
He allows them work permits, access to our services and when apprehended by law enforcement refuses to have them jailed or deported.
Barack Hussein Obama has crossed the line, and under Article III, Section 3 of our Constitution is guilty of treason by giving aid and comfort to the enemy and attempting to overthrow our government from within.
Now is the time for members of Congress,to finally do your Constitutional duty and hold Barack Hussein Obama accountable for his crimes against America.
Mr. Obama is a fraudulent president who is selling out America.
It’s time Mr. Obama is called accountable for his treasonous actions.
This is such a ‘gimme’ for Mack . . .
Holder really is in contempt, and I greatly hope independents will start wondering what the h*ll is up at the DOJ.
