The Obama administration together with the pro-amnesty lobby are continuing to try and convince Americans that all illegal immigrants are just law abiding people who should be allowed to stay in this country legally, which is amnesty.
A recent report co-authored by the House Judiciary Committee and the Congressional Research Service, cited that “one in six illegal immigrants is re-arrested” for committing crimes within a three year period after their initial release.
The records show 276,412 reported charges against illegal and criminal immigrants over that three-year period as identified by Secure Communities, a federal program that essentially attempts to make best use of resources by identifying and prioritizing which illegal immigrants pose the biggest threat to public safety and should be arrested or deported.
Of the 160,000 people in the database, more than 26,000 were re-arrested — accounting for nearly 58,000 crimes and violations.
They allegedly committed nearly 8,500 drunken-driving offenses and more than 6,000 drug-related violations. The records also show major criminal offenses, which included murder, battery, rape, kidnapping and nearly 3,000 thefts. Roughly 2 percent of the crimes included carjacking, child molestation, lynching and torture, according to the 13-page Congressional Research Service report.(Source-Fox News)
This is not news for the many that have followed this growing trend among illegal immigrants, especially in ‘illegal hot spots’ like Florida, Texas, and Arizona. Aside from the different types of crimes that these illegal immigrants are reported to have committed, human trafficking remains prevalent because it entails prostitution, something that both illegal men and ‘Johns’ here in the U.S. seem to have an affinity for.
Congressman Tom Rooney (R-FL) released the following statement regarding the recently proposed “Criminal Alien Removal Act”-
“This report highlights exactly why Congress needs to pass my Criminal Alien Removal Act, and in the meantime, President Obama needs to enforce the immigration laws we already have on the books. If you come into this country and you commit a crime, you should serve your sentence and go back to your home country. You can’t stay here and continue to commit crimes against our citizens.”-Congressman Tom Rooney (R-FL)
The bill would in essence “require DHS to ensure that criminal aliens are removed from the United States upon release from incarceration. It would also “allow prison officials to hold criminal aliens after their sentences end to make sure they can be transferred into federal custody and removed from the United States.”

I know this is probably pointless, but, aren’t ALL Aliens here Illegally Criminals? They have violated at least one law based upon their illegal presence. Period.
Or, is there only interest in the crimes committed after the original crime?
You are correct. Obama and the DOJ/DHS have no intention of removing illegals, aka Democratic voters and food stamp recipients. Remember , by adding more people to the Food Stamp program, you create more Government jobs and additional voters. It is self perpetuating.

First, to blame Obama, much as I would like to is silly. W and Jeb’s daddy could have put the teeth into the enforcement that was part of the ’86 act when he took over in ’89. He was just as willing as the dems to look the other way. No one expected Clinton to do anything. The only thing W pushed was Amnesty. Jebs wife cries when she hears the utterance “illegal alien”. Nuff said there. Chertoff was every bit as useless as that beast Napolitano. Did Alberto Gonzales enforce the law? Money has no political conviction. It buys what it wants from those able to deliver.
So…why is Rooney doing this?

I believe he’s able to get a sort of plausible political dependability when it comes to really dealing with this whole Illegal Alien Invasion issue. He can wave the bloody shirt of his “Criminal Alien Removal Act” to demonstrate his conviction to the cause, but you’d better believe he’s on the Ag side of this issue. Hence propose a seemingly tough bill that will go nowhere and do nothing. More of the same D. C. B S.
The $64 question is, when/if mittens is elected will Rooney vote for Amnesty too?… along with…Rubio???

Ag = $$$, they want and need illegals and are willing to pay to keep things as they are. They are fine with putting the ultimate societal costs upon us. They don’t care about the impact to our way of life, society, and safety. We are left to pay the real costs of the illegals, not them. Ag just wants the labor influx to keep the rates down.

so here is the question: why should WE pay taxes, get a driver’s license, obey speeding laws, etc. If the illegals get everything for ‘free’ and don’t have to abide by laws then neither do we. This country is headed for trouble if all this continues…and of course just what barry obama wants or plans?? this is not the place I grew up in and the dictator gets closer all the time
