During an interview with a local CBS station last week, Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz expressed her disdain for so-called “Tea Party” members of Congress whom she feels will attempt to stifle the upcoming ‘Debt Ceiling’ negotiations.
When asked for her opinion about how Republicans accorded themselves during the run up to the so-called ‘fiscal cliff’, Wasserman Schultz said that she “hoped Republicans would make a decision that they aren’t going to continue the divisive tactics” that she accused Republicans of using in the past.
’DWS’ was then asked about the extension of the Bush tax cuts for 98% of taxpayers that resulted in the final compromise, but all she could admit was that the deal “gave certainty to the middle class.” For years, the congresswoman and the rest of the Democrat caucus railed against the evil ‘Bush Tax cuts’ for the so-called “rich.” With rates now going up on individuals making $400,000 and families making $450,000 a year, the congresswoman isn’t the least bit concerned about upsetting constituents in the “wealthy congressional district” she boasts about representing-

When asked if about the substantial leverage that Republicans in Congress could make in the upcoming debt ceiling ‘showdown,’ Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz could not resist another opportunity to bash Republicans-
They have a very stubborn, intransigent group of Republican members in the House and in a few in the Senate too, who really seem to not care that their intransigent affects them politically.-Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz
Of course, Debbie remains completely incapable of comprehending the depths of her own stubbornness and intransigence that undergirds the reckless and extreme agenda that her and President Obama are currently cramming down the throats of Americans.
Wasserman Schultz has continually attacked members of Congress that she feels have ties to the Tea Party movement. With Jim DeMint’s retirement from the Senate, the remaining Senators who are widely considered to be affiliated with the “Tea Party” are Senators Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, Tim Scott, Ron Johnson, Rand Paul, and ahh yes, Marco Rubio.
We attempted to reach out to a couple of these Senators for comment, but due to their overwhelming intransigence, comments were hard to come by.

You just ruined my day by putting her face on this site, she is such a loser and doesn’t come close to representing me and I unfortunately live in her district. I see the makeover didn’t last, too bad, can’t undo what mother nature gave you I guess!
That “makeover” included a lot of computer editing and enhancement .. btw … ugly on the inside tends to show on the outside as well.
A wonk is sometimes described as “a stupid, boring, or unattractive person.” For me it’s a Wasserman! She qualifies on all accounts.
Her liberal use of “intransigent” suggests she either learned a new word recently or that it was specifically selected for its connotation for a subject being unwilling to compromise from an extreme position.
I doubt she is smart enough to use “intransigent” in a meaningful conversation as part of her vernacular, so I must conclude that it was a word that was selected by the liberal machine to paint their opposition as extremists.
Regardless of the reason, it is truely ironic that she is the epitome of intransigent.
Please DWS, stick to using words you understand and leave the intelligent words for those who know how and when to use them. It merely makes you look cretinous and nescient, moreso than your usual antics.

After all the first debt ceiling speeches and media sound bites Marco did and then was a Present Not Voting on it,you fools should get your news from the Congresssional voting record rather than the Propaganda Tank.

The only reason she has her position with the DNC is she’s the most intransigent, caustic, lying, and stubborn individual the DNC could find. I must consider that the Democrats have many in their ranks almost as disgusting as W-S, but she is the most disgusting.
So much so, that she’s so sensitive to her own many shortcomings, that anyone opposing her conduct is accused of the very character she displays. In her state on mind, she knows no better.
Lil’ Debbie seems unaware that Obama has said there will be no negotiations. President Ultimatum seems to have surprised Debbie, again
