While there is increasing speculation that U.S. Senator Marco Rubio will run for President of the United States in 2016, is it too early for Rubio to start campaigning for the job? Rubio is already positioning himself for a possible run in several different regards, as he’s stepped up his rhetoric against Obama and the Democrat party, recently toured Israel and the Middle East, and enlisted new consultants to assist him with crafting his messaging and policy.
Presidential primary campaigns don’t usually rev up until about two years before the next presidential election, so the question begs- just why is Rubio printing up bumper stickers with the slogan “Victory?” Is Rubio predicting “Victory” for his beloved Miami Dolphins next NFL season? Will he be cutting a “Fins Up” promo for the jumbo screen?
It’s becoming ever more apparent that Rubio is engaged in some serious preparation for 2016. With the Organizing For America data collection/fundraising juggernaut looming in the background, any aspiring Republican candidate for president in 2016 had better be preparing early.

Rubio better start his campaign to renew his Senate seat because any POTUS ambitions he may have will have evaporated for the amnesty loving jack-azz. Hopefully he’ll fail to be re-elected and forced to move back to FL.

It is good that Rubio has his eyes to the future. Barack Obama began campaigning before he even reached the US senate. Starting early obviously pays off.

Mr. Rubio is a terrific Senator, but he is not constitutionally eligible to hold the seat of President…let’s not break the law as the liberals do…we are conservatives who abide by the constitution, after all….

Most legal Latinos are not for amnesty. Many are conservatives too and unrepresented in the media and marches.
Agreed. Not constitutionally eligible. But if you call his office, all they can say is he is a US citizen. Obviously, they pretend the Constitution doesn’t exist.
Senator Rubio, just like Obama, is not a “natural born citizen” and does not meet Article II Section 1 of the US Constitution. Just because our weak, spineless Congress will not force the constitutional issue, it is clear should Rubio run, there will be overwhelming legal cases opposing him. Rubio was born in 1971 to Cuban parents. Not until the 1974/75 time frame did Senator Rubio’s parents become US citizens. Rubio is indeed a citizen based on birth place and 14th Amendment, but only a citizen, not a “natural born citizen” to United States citizens at the time of his birth.
Senator Rubio can serve in any position in the United States government as a citizen, but not as president as it demands a “natural born citizen.

It’s so sad I thought Marco would be someone who was a true conservative. Our local tea party and many others here is Florida worked hard to get him elected. I found the gang of 8 troubling that he is part of on immigration reform. Now he is defending the indefensible Karl Rove who is out to kill the tea parties and conservative candidates with his GOP moderates and his PAC money. Marco will have a tough time getting my vote next time around for anything!
Mr. Latino fooled a lot of honorable Floridians. As Americans, we must warn others of Mr. Latino’s true colors. His actions speak much louder than his words.
Fact is Mr. Latino Rubio is very anti-American and pro-Latinos. AND he is NOT eligible to be the POTUS for those of us who still believe in our Constitution.

Senator Marco Rubio qualifies as a Presidential Candiate. He is a Natural Born Citizen on US Soil of Parents who were granted citizenship within a year under special privileges of the 1966 Cuban Refugee Law, they legally became naturalized citizens in 1975 and had emigrated to USA in 1956, 15 years before his birth in 1971.
Even Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal qualifies as a Presidential Candidate even though both of his parents were citizens from India residing in Louisiana and working when he was born, they both have since became citizens.
President 0bama’s father was NOT a US Citizen although he was born in Hawaii, which had just turned into a US State, a year or two earlier.
Natural Born Citizen comes from the Blackstone Old English Law of Natural Born Subject in British law that our law was copied from.
