Join Marco in Ft. Lauderdale at this Reclaim America Forum on the economy and government spending with special guest House Republican Whip Eric Cantor (R-VA). As the Republican Whip in Congress, Cantor led the fight against the wasteful stimulus bill, ObamaCare and cap-and-trade. Allen West on Illegal Immigration – ” It’s a National Security Problem”(VIDEO)

July 28, 2010 Florida Review 2 Comments

The Arizona Immigration law is set to go into effect this week and and many politicians and supporters of the law wait with great anticipation as to how it the law will come across. A group of states have shown interest in adopting  the same form of law in their respected states, due to the growing national and economic threat that comes with illegal immigration. GOP congressional candidate Allen West spells out the challenges that we as a nation face illegal immigration, not to mention the imminent threat from radical Islam that the United States faces due to the having such  porous borders. … Continue Reading

Kottkamp- Out of the Crist Loop (VIDEO)

July 27, 2010 Florida Review 5 Comments

At the BREC meeting on Monday night, Lt. Governor Jeff Kottkamp took a couple of minutes to talk to the Shark Tank about his ‘unique’ relationship with the now Democrat-lite Governor of Florida, Charlie Crist. It is truly unbelievable that Crist does not communicate with his second in command. Crist did not even send Kottkamp an email, let alone a phone call, since he jumped the GOP ship this past April. I am just going to come out and say it– Charlie Crist is even bothering to fulfill his duties as Governor of the State of Florida, and not communicating with the Lt. Governor is proof positive of this. … Continue Reading

BREC Committeeman on Rick Scott- “He Reminds me of Obama”(VIDEO)

July 26, 2010 Florida Review 57 Comments

The Broward Republican Executive Committee (BREC) is known for its very ‘lively and controlled” monthly meetings, and this month did not disappoint.  Earlier this evening, State Committeeman Ed Kennedy distributed a personal letter to the REC members that stated his support for a number of Judicial candidates running for office in Broward County. One of the candidates he is supporting isn’t running to be a judge, he is running for Governor of Florida, Attorney General Bill McCollum.  The text of his thoughts on the gubernatorial race were as follows: … Continue Reading

Broward County Judge Rebollo Stokes Racism-Crist Appointee(VIDEO)

July 26, 2010 Florida Review 4 Comments

By Gabriel Jose Carrera

Last Saturday, July 24, 2010, El Sharko could not attend the Fort Lauderdale Tea Party’s Judicial Candidate forum! Lucky for him that I was on the scene to cover the event for the Shark-Tank and its loyal readers.  The feeding frenzy soon discovered a late July misstep that could turn the outcome of the August 24, 2010 for a certain Crist appointed Judge.

The Local Fort Lauderdale Tea Party who consists of a very large diverse ethnic group of individuals flexed their newly acquired political muscles in vetting 22-Broward judicial candidates. All politics is local and this group asked serious questions stemming from candidates legal experience to whether they supported wholeheartedly the 2nd amendment inalienable right to bear arms. … Continue Reading

Senator George LeMieux- You Can Take Him to the Bank

July 25, 2010 Florida Review 7 Comments

Regular readers of the Shark Tank know that we have been and continue to remain completely opposed to every last bullet point of the Obama agenda.  In light of the damage that Obama and his rubberstamp Congress have already perpetrated against our country, we are especially opposed to the enactment of any further legislation in what remains of the 111th Congress.

By now, Republicans in Congress should be under no illusions as to the serious threat Obama poses– this administration’s uncheceked spending, powergrabs, bailouts, apppointments, corruption, and disregard for the rule of law have literally placed our national security, sovereignty, prosperity, and our rights in serious jeopardy, and Republicans should be using all available means at their disposal to thwart any further legislative victories by this administration.

McCollum vs. Scott – Governor’s Race Continues To Sizzle

July 24, 2010 Florida Review 4 Comments

by Javier Manjarres

This past Friday, I completed my travels on the Rick Scott for Governor Bus tour that started off in Miami and ended in the panhandle. Day 1 and Day 2 of my trip are already documented and Day 3 took the tour to Clearwater and Tampa. The day started very early when Scott bolted to an early breakfast, then to a couple of other mid-morning meet and greets, before  his lunch engagement in which Hillsborough GOP Chairwoman Debbie Cox-Rousch introduced Mr. Scott, and where State Senator Paula Dockery joined him on his bus tour.

Marco Rubio Links Obama and Crist – ‘The People’ (VIDEO)

July 24, 2010 Florida Review 1 Comment

by Javier Manjarres

In my opinion, the new Rubio campaign commercial below is by far his best one this election cycle. Governor Crist is now supportive of Obamacare, even though most Americans do not support it.  Rubio makes the case that Crist is completely in lockstep with  Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and the Obama Administration. Of course, I would hate to pour some salt on Charlie’s wound by reminding everyone that his BFF Senator George LeMieux recently endorsed Rubio instead of him.(sarcasm) … Continue Reading

Allen West – ” The Time For Compromised Negotiation Appeasment Is Over”(VIDEO)

July 24, 2010 Florida Review 3 Comments

by Javier Manjarres

At his recent townhall meeting, Allen West was asked about what was needed to be done to confront the threat of Islamic Fundamentalism.  West told his supporters that the focus needed to be on the ideology of Islamic Jihadism and not the individuals involved.  West also called out our National Security Strategy for not mentioning the threat of Islamic Extremism, and he tore into Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano and Attorney General Eric  Holder for their lack of courage in confronting this threat. West also explains that cultures can coexist, but coexisting does not mean we should sacrifice our own culture in order to appease individuals that are hostile to it.

Rick Scott Supports Marco Rubio (VIDEO)

July 23, 2010 Florida Review 2 Comments

by Javier Manjarres

Rick Scott has publicly come out to support Marco Rubio in the U.S. Senate race. Both Scott and Rubio share alot of the same support from Tea party activists and anti-establishment types that are fed up with the same ’business as usual’ politcal crowd.  Another thing that these two candidates seemingly have in common is the fact that they are both still fighting a push-back from many within the traditional GOP establishment that, believe it or not, still have loyalty to Charlie Crist. Yours truly EL SHARKO, just spoke to Rubio himself and he told me that he was grateful for Mr. Scott’s support … Continue Reading
